A lion lives in the the struggling period of life, Where his parents teaches him that how to be a leader.... How to rule over a whole forest.   So, You have to live like a lion. You have to be a seed, You have to be in learning and bearing phase for a long time...... You have to bear others, teachers, parents, and all the things, then wait for the right time to show the whole world, the magic of your knowledge. Remember, once a tree was a seed..  

When we want to get ourselves physically from Point A to Point B, we choose a means of transportation, i.e. walking, running, car, (or invite a friend who has one), bus, etc.  And if we’re not sure how to get there, we can use tools such as GPS Map asking directions But, how do we navigate from one emotional state to another ? How do we go from stressed to de-stressed or, at least, less stressed?  (We don’t have to be victims of stress.)  But, this journey takes a little mental effort and physical effort on your part, a bit of a hill climb.  You will need to apply yourself.  “Because of this hierarchical dominance of the sympathetic nervous system over the parasympathetic nervous system, it often requires conscious effort to initiate your relaxation response and reestablish metabolic h.”  Stress is part of life.  It just is.  We’re wired that way for a reason…to protect us from lions, and tigers, and bears…oh, my!  The fight, flight...

you haven't got superpowers that you can do everything, not every person is made for everything, everybody is not good at studies, everybody is not able to get good grades in every subject, everybody cannot play games like pros,  Everybody cannot sing well, Everybody cannot play a piano, Everybody cannot run faster, Everybody is not an animal to bear a burden more than enough, Everybody is not a superhuman with super powers, So try to understand everybody and yourself first, try to identify your talent, try to be in your limits, try to be a smart worker, try to bear everything, try to face everything and rise , try to be successful. #CHASEYOURDREAMS

Patience on the bad thoughts is necessary   

Are you always criticized by the peoples...? or are you always get annoyed by your own-self/own thoughts..?  The person who is struggling to achieve his goals like you, needs a heart and  patience, Patience against own thoughts and criticism of peoples,  Patience against the jealousy in your heart, Patience against those replies that you deserve but they are not given to you, Patience in  the wait of mercy from god, Patience when your idea is being ruined  by the peoples, Patience against depression, Patience against failures, Patience against  the big dents on the heart, Patience when nobody will be there to listen you.           Life is bitter sip .... You have to manage it , organize it according to your passion , you have to be disciplined , You have to be faithful , You have to survive against your own negative mindset and also peoples opinions and negative thoughts, So you have to be patient in those dark valleys of ...
